1. Each online account is assigned to an individual person, and such an online account (including the name and licence number) is not transferable without our express written consent.
   
   
2. Upon registration and payment, we will assign you with the number CPD CREDITS that correspond to the CPD Package you have purchased.
   
   
3. You may use the CPD CREDITS assigned to you to enrol and complete any of our available Online CPD Courses.
   
   
4. We own the absolute copyright in any course information or document that you obtain from us.
   
   
5. We licence you to use any course information or document obtained from us solely for the purposes of earning your CPD Points only, and you acknowledge that any information obtained from us is not a substitute for legal advice.
   
   
6. No document obtained from us may be reproduced, resold or distributed, including (but not limited to) as part of an industry community, buying group, association or the like.
   
   
7. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy of any information or document that you obtain from us, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage which may arise from your reliance of any information and / or document contained on our website.
   
   
8. We may amend these terms at any time without notice.
   
   
9. We may assign and / or transfer our rights and obligations to another party (“the transferee”) at any time, and in such circumstances, these terms will automatically form part of the agreement between each individual and the transferee.
   
   
10. Refunds are not available after registration and / or payment, and given such, care should be taken in selecting the most appropriate CPD Package for you.
